These terms apply to purchases made from Katherine Neale Jewellery through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Handmade jewellery
Each piece is handmade, so small variations in texture, finish, colour, stone placement and dimensions may occur. These differences are part of the character of handmade jewellery and are not considered faults.

Materials
Products are made from the materials described on each product page, including sterling silver, 9ct gold, cubic zirconia and other stones or materials where stated. Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and photography.

Orders and payment
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). I reserve the right to correct pricing or product-description errors before dispatch.

Made-to-order and custom pieces
Custom, personalised or specially made pieces are produced to your agreed requirements. Please check all details carefully before confirming your order, including wording, stone colour, measurements and ring size.

Items genuinely made to a customer’s unique specification may not carry the usual change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet your statutory rights.

Ring sizing and measurements
Customers are responsible for supplying the correct ring size and any other measurements requested. If an item needs alteration because an incorrect size or measurement was supplied, additional charges may apply.

Dispatch and delivery
Estimated dispatch times will be shown on the product page or confirmed when ordering. Handmade or made-to-order pieces may take longer than ready-made items.

UK delivery charges are shown at checkout. I am not responsible for delays caused by the postal or courier service once an order has been dispatched, although I will assist where reasonably possible if a parcel is delayed or lost.

Returns and cancellations
For standard, non-personalised items bought online, statutory cancellation rights may apply. If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact me promptly and return it securely and in its original condition.

Personalised or genuinely custom-made items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns. Faulty or misdescribed items remain protected by law. UK customers are entitled to remedies where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Faulty or damaged items
Please contact me as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, including photographs where helpful. I will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights. Consumers cannot have their legal rights restricted by shop terms.

Jewellery care
Jewellery should be handled with care. Avoid unnecessary contact with perfumes, chemicals, chlorine, cleaning products and abrasive surfaces. Remove jewellery where appropriate before swimming, bathing, exercising or carrying out tasks that could damage it.

Normal wear, accidental damage or damage caused by inappropriate use or care is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Natural stones and sea glass
Where natural stones, sea glass or other individually selected materials are used, colour, shape, texture and markings may vary. These characteristics make each piece unique.

Product availability
Many pieces are handmade in small quantities. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, I will contact you and offer an alternative or refund.

Photographs, designs, branding and written content on this website belong to Katherine Neale Jewellery unless otherwise stated and must not be copied or reproduced without permission.
